【Process After Submission Within the University】
　・The Research Funding Section will conduct the internal selection process and obtain the recommendation of the head of the designated unit 　(applicable only to foundation-designated units).
　*Only one recommendation per recommender.
　• Researchers who are not affiliated with a designated recommending institution cannot be nominated.

・Regarding projects for which Operating and administrative expenses (indirect expenses, etc.) can be included,
　unless explicitly stated in the application guidelines that it is not eligible for funding, please include them in the budget section of the application form.
　　Operating and administrative expense ratio : (A) + (B)
　　(A) University headquarters: 1% of the grant amount
　　(B) Affiliated department: _% of the grant amount
　　The Operating and administrative expense ratio determined by the affiliated department should be confirmed with the budget officer of the affiliated department.

※　If any misrepresentation in the application documents is found,
　　we may take measures such as disqualifying the applicant from applying for various
　　research grants for a certain period of time.
