【Application procedure】
Application submitted directly by the nominator
・Each nominator may submit only one nomination.
(A nominator may nominate one person for the Grand Prize and one for the Encouragement Award, but may not nominate two people for the Grand Prize.)
・Nominations must be made by a third party; the nominator should be someone well-acquainted with the nominee’s character, achievements, and research.
・The nominee themselves should request the nomination.

unless explicitly stated in the application guidelines that it is not eligible for funding, please include them in the budget section of the application form.

(A) University headquarters: 1% of the grant amount
(B) Affiliated department: _% of the grant amount
The Operating and administrative expense ratio determined by the affiliated department should be confirmed with the budget officer of the affiliated department.
