  Regarding Recommenders
  1) For Researchers
  a) If the applicant is a Professor or Associate Professor – Recommendation from someone of equal or higher rank than the applicant, such as a   department head – If asking a colleague, it should be someone who understands the research content – Recommendations from other universities     are not accepted
  b) If the applicant is a Lecturer or Assistant Professor, etc. – Recommendation from a professor, associate professor, supervisor, or department head  at the same university
2) For Doctoral Students Recommendation from a Supervising Professor
