【Amount】
  (A) Exploratory Research Grant：2 million yen or less per project
  (B) Creative Research Grant：5 million yen or less per project
【Application procedure】Direct application
  Recommendation required from the head of your organization
  (laboratory, department, etc.) or a higher-ranking official
  Multiple recommendations per recommender are permitted.

・Regarding projects for which Operating and administrative expenses (indirect expenses, etc.) can be included,
　unless explicitly stated in the application guidelines that it is not eligible for funding, please include them in the budget section of the application form.
　　Operating and administrative expense ratio : (A) + (B)
　　(A) University headquarters: 1% of the grant amount
　　(B) Affiliated department: _% of the grant amount
　　The Operating and administrative expense ratio determined by the affiliated department should be confirmed with the budget officer of the affiliated department.

※　If any misrepresentation in the application documents is found,
　　we may take measures such as disqualifying the applicant from applying for various
　　research grants for a certain period of time.
　　In addition, the applicant will be required to return all or part of the research funds
　　received as a result of the misrepresentation.
