JSTは申請内容を確認し、日本側研究代表者に応募資格認定証を発行します。
日本側研究代表者は、応募資格認定証を米国側研究代表者に直ちに送付してください。
両国の研究代表者は、共同で作成した研究申請書（英文）を、JSTが発行した日本側研究代表者の
応募資格認定証と共に、NSF指定の電子申請システムを用いて期限内に提出してください。
日本側研究代表者は、NSFに提出した研究申請書（英文）をJSTが別途指定する方法でJSTに提出してください。

【Content of the public offering】Strategic Creative Research Promotion Program AIP Network Lab Japan-U.S. Information and Communication Research

【Amount】Total amount of about 110 million yen/ theme / 3 years
【Application procedure】Both e-Rad and NSF are required.
(Applications must be submitted at two locations.)
【Institutional approval】 Required
・Confirmation/approval of the application content by Research Funding Section is required.
【Campus deadline】August 06, 2025 by 12:00
【Application deadline(e-Rad)】August 12, 2025 by 12:00 (JST)
JST will review the application and issue a certificate of eligibility to the Japanese PI.
The Japanese PI should immediately send the Certificate of Eligibility to the U.S. PI.
Principal investigators from both countries are required to submit the jointly prepared research application (in English) together with the certificate of eligibility issued by JST for the Japanese side, using the electronic application system designated by NSF, by the deadline.
The Japanese PI must submit the research application (in English) submitted to NSF to JST in a manner separately specified by JST.
