【金額】渡航費、国内旅費、滞在費
・10日以上1ヶ月未満：70万円/1件
・1ヶ月以上3ヶ月未満：150万円/1件
・3ヶ月以上6ヶ月まで：300万円/1件
【提出方法】各部局長の推薦、承諾 (部局で1件) 要
受入者が応募する
研究事業係で取りまとめて一括応募
【締切日】前期：2025/07/17 12:00 (研究事業係)
後期：2026/01/23 12:00 (研究事業係)
申請書類一式と外部資金獲得状況様式をメールでご提出ください。
推薦理由はあらかじめご記入ください。
選考の上、ご連絡します。
押印手続き後、締切日までに研究事業係から財団へ提出します。
※前期は、夏季一斉休業期間を挟みますので、
学内締切を早めに設定しています。

【Content of the public offer】FY2026 34th Academic Exchange Grant for Foreign
Visitors to Japan (first/second semester)
【Public offering organization】Daiko foundation
【Amount】Travel expenses, domestic travel expenses, and accommodation expenses
・10 days or more but less than one month: 700,000 yen/case
・1 month or more but less than three months: 1,500,000 yen/case
・3 months or more but up to six months: 3,000,000 yen/case
【Application procedure】Receive recommendation and written consent
by a head of each department
(1 per department). Recipient applies
All applications will be gathered by the Research Funding Section
and will be submitted to the foundation.
【Campus deadline】
First：July 17, 2025 12:00 (to the Research Funding Section)
second semester：January 23, 2026 12:00 (to the Research Funding Section)
【Application deadline】
First ：August 29, 2025 (to the public offering organization)
second semester ：February 27, 2026 (to the public offering organization)

※ If any misrepresentation in the application documents is found,
we may take measures such as disqualifying the applicant from applying for various
research grants for a certain period of time.
In addition, the applicant will be required to return all or part of the research funds
received as a result of the misrepresentation.
