【Application procedure】Apply directly
Apply after receiving a recommendation from a
professor-level researcher (excluding collaborators) who understands your research.
The recommender must sign and seal the application in his/her own handwriting.

2)June 30, 2025 24:00 (to the public offering organization)
3)First half May 31, 2025 24:00 (to the public offering organization)
