【Application procedure】Apply directly
  Apply upon receiving written consent Chancellor, Tokai National Higher Education
  and Research System.
  1) A responsible recommendation from an academic expert who understands the research in question is required.
  2) If there is a recommendation from an academic expert, submit the recommendation letter (optional).
